The room was okay. It had a nice layout and some decent amenities, but it was a bit cramped and felt more like a standard double than anything else. The bed wasn’t super comfy, which was surprising. I liked the spacious bathroom, but overall, I expected a little more for a junior suite. Also, the heating was an issue during our November stay, but the staff was really helpful in getting us a cozier room. Not the worst stay, but definitely a mixed bag.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and spa services. I'll never forget how staff helped me find my lost id card on my first stay. Highly recommend! I'll be back soon.
