The room was okay. It had a nice layout and some decent amenities, but it was a bit cramped and felt more like a standard double than anything else. The bed wasn’t super comfy, which was surprising. I liked the spacious bathroom, but overall, I expected a little more for a junior suite. Also, the heating was an issue during our November stay, but the staff was really helpful in getting us a cozier room. Not the worst stay, but definitely a mixed bag.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Decent experience overall. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, particularly the local specialties. I loved the cozy corner by the window in our room where I could sip tea. However, managing the air conditioning proved challenging. consider bringing a portable fan for comfort. Great location, though.

The rooftop bar offers stunning views of the city, especially during sunset. The marble flooring in the public areas adds a touch of elegance while making navigation easy, even for someone like me who usually prefers not to roam too much.
A notable downside includes the inconsistent temperature control in the rooms—despite thermostats, some guests struggled to find a comfortable setting. I experienced a significant chill in my room, likely due to the high ceilings, and others noted discomfort from stale air conditioning. having to switch rooms to avoid it felt unnecessary. Additionally, the advertised pool was not operational, and guests were left disappointed after seeing it featured prominently in marketing materials. Lastly, certain areas lacked proper soundproofing, leading to disturbances from corridor noises during the night.
